Standard Delivery (UK Royal Mail 48)

We charge £1.99 for standard delivery (free on orders over £30) and aim to dispatch within 2 Working Days of receiving your order. During busy periods such as Christmas, dispatch time may take slightly longer due to high demand of service. We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery during the run up to Christmas, but will certainly do our best!

Royal Mail Tracked 48 normally takes 3-5 Working Days.

Express Delivery

Our Express Shipping option uses Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service. We will dispatch your order the Next Working Day. This service normally delivers Next Working Day.

Our standard delivery service is offered free of charge on orders over £30.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Unfortunately due to our high demand of service, orders are processed fairly quickly. Should you realise you have entered an incorrect address when making an order, please contact info@chilternscents.co.uk as soon as possible. We will be happy to correct the address change, as long as your order has not yet been processed.

We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses and cannot replace orders that have already been dispatched.

RETURNS

To request a refund, please email info@chilternscents.co.uk with 14 days of purchase date. Please ensure you provide your order number, details of product to return and reason for return.

Goods are eligible for return as long as they are in an:

Un-used, re-sellable condition.
Still within the original, undamaged packaging

You will be responsible for return shipping costs and we do not provide a return label.
